CivilMobile

Our CivilMobile solutions offer counties the convience of handheld devices combined with the efficiency of our CivilServe civil process application.  Using the latest mobile device technology, our CivilMobile products work seemlessly on your Mobil Data Terminal, Blackberry or web-enabled phone devices.

The deputies simply enter service information directly into their mobile device.  This information is then immediately available to all CivilServe users who can then print the necessary court documentation.  This solution improves accuracy and the efficiency of the civil office.

 

CivilWeb

CivilWeb provides a mechanism for displaying CivilServe information on a web site for use by internal and external users.  Different configurations allow for both anonymous and authenticated user access. 

This solution is ideal if your county wants to make the civil information available to the general public.  Strict security controls can be set to limit the information which can be displayed by the public.  CivilWeb can also be used by internal county personal who may not require the complete CivilServe application but still are required to view civil information.

 

CivilView

CivilView is a secure, web-based solution designed to increase the efficiency of your civil office while improving customer service.  Attorney's can log into the CivilView web site and view document and service information related to their court cases.  They can even choose to be automatically notified via email when a document has been served.
