| One-Click Letter Template Editing |
|
This feature has been added to our CivilServe product to allow
users to edit their own letters and form templates with the click of
a button. If a user needs to add or change text to a template
they simply select the letter name within CivilServe, click the Edit
Template button and make their changes. After clicking Save,
the template changes are ready and all subsequent letters will
automatically reflect the latest changes. The entire process
can take less the 30 seconds.

| On-line Report Glossary |
|
We have recently standardized
all of our CivilServe reports. There are now over 150 standard
reports which are available as part of the CivilServe product.
A complete glossary of these reports is available to our registered
CivilServe support users on our support web site. The glossary
contains the report name, report category, a description of the
report and an image of the report.
